Military & Civilian Personnel
1. Military Personnel and Civilian Employees assigned to BRAC 05 organizations/installations.
2. Applicant must have been owner occupant on 13 May 2005, and must sell home prior to 30 September 2012.
3. If you are a BRAC 05 impacted homeowner, download the application packet and complete the application. Carefully read all instructions, and mail your completed application to the USACE district responsible for the area in which your home is. Once DoD implementing guidance is received the district will contact you concerning your eligibility and benefits.
